Privacy policy

This policy explains what Album '26 collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game.

Who we are

Album '26 is a Goldseam product. Goldseam AI Consulting Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16896682). Information we collect

• Predictions you create. When you seal an album we store your picks, the handle you choose, and an optional country. This is published on a public page with a shareable link, so don't put anything private in your handle.
• Ratings. When you rate an album we store the vote together with a non-identifying hash derived from your request, used only to limit duplicate voting on the same album. It is not used to identify you and is not cryptographic security.
• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you submit (such as your name, email and message) so we can reply.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or location to play.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that measures aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers) without cookies and without tracking individuals across sites. It does not build a profile of you.

Advertising

We may display advertising provided by Google AdSense. When ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits.

Cookies

The site itself uses only what's needed to function. Where advertising is enabled, third-party ad cookies may be set by Google as described above. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site-our hosting and database provider, our analytics provider, and (where enabled) our advertising provider-and only as needed to deliver the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, including taking down a published album. To make a request, email privacy@goldseam.ai.

Children

Album '26 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
